A process method, device and system for reverse Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) are provided by the invention. The method includes: before a User Equipment (UE) switches a voice service from Circuit Service (CS) domain network to Packet Switched (PS) domain network, the UE pre-configures resource information required for the voice service switch in PS domain network; during the UE switches the voice service from CS domain network to PS domain network, a forwarding channel is established between a first network element of PS domain and a second network element of CS domain using pre-configured resource information, and the forwarding channel is used to forward the voice data between the UE and a remote end UE after the UE is accessed to PS domain network. The reverse SRVCC switch process of embodiments of the invention does not need to wait for a completion of the domain conversion process, the good continuity performance for the voice service is ensured in the reverse SRVCC switch, meanwhile, it is ensured that the switched voice service can obtain good voice service quality.
