The pivoted bogie comprises controlled wheel axles that are assembled, such that the wheel axles are joined by center pivot plates (2) with the bogie frames and the center pivot plates of the wheel axles are joined with the carriage chassis with the help of traction mechanisms and corresponding disks or wheels outside. The wheel axles are parallel on straight tracks and rotate in curves against each other, such that their prolonged axles cut in the center of curvatures. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a rust-proof steel spring band for use as a traction unit; (2) a sheathed steel cable for use as a traction unit; (3) a joint chain for use as a traction unit; and (4) a prismatic slider element comprises three rollers.
