摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a real estate investment management system and method, which manages investment in real estate owned by an operating company while classifying the investment into the beneficiary right of investment and the beneficiary right of dwelling, maximizes the reutilization of investment funds, and ensures stable selling although a contract period or selling date conflicts, thereby making it possible to reduce the burden of an investor and to increase reliability, wherein: the operating company of the real estate investment management system maintains the right of ownership of real estate; provides the investor with the right of beneficiary to reduce the possibility of dispute and complexity according to division of the right of ownership; provides an account to identify an investment state and an expected dividend; enables issue of an alternative currency, an account transaction, and reinvestment in real estate according to an appropriate commission system on the basis of a credit rating and a corresponding balance while managing investment funds of the investor through the account, thereby making it possible to reutilize the investment funds of the investor on good conditions. Additionally, the difference of a beneficiary dividend unrealized by a difference in a selling time point is provided through the alternative currency, thereby largely increasing the reliability of dividend payment for the selling investor, so that it is possible to increase the reliability of the investment system and the operating company thereof and to reduce the risk of investment.</p>
