PURPOSE: Mutual coupling type deformed reinforcing bars are provided to enable simple coupling of reinforcing bars without separate devices and maintain the arrangement intervals and concrete coating thickness of reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: Mutual coupling type deformed reinforcing bars(100) have a plurality of convex parts(110) which are protruded at regular intervals in a line on exterior surface thereof and a plurality of concave parts(120) which are depressed with the width and depth to insert the convex parts on the exterior surface thereof. The concave parts are symmetrically formed on the opposite side of the convex parts.
