<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact miroreaction apparatus using high-temperature high-pressure water. <P>SOLUTION: The compact miroreaction apparatus using high-temperature high-pressure water, which has a built-in microreactor capable of being heated or cooled at an ultrahigh speed of >0 second and ≤1 second, includes a liquid feed part, a mixing part, a heating part, a reaction part comprising the microreactor, a cooling part and an operation control part. The microreactor comprises a plurality of communicatable microreactor units or microtubes, around the surface of each of which a coil heater is wound.
