<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor, whose capacity is high, impedance and inductance are small, and reliability is high, and a method for manufacturing the capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: A dielectric film made of a barium-titanate-based ceramic material is formed on a metal foil with an aerosol deposition method; first via conductors and second via conductors connected to the metal foil are embedded in the dielectric film; a first electrode pattern connected to the first via conductors is formed on the dielectric film; and a second electrode pattern connected to the second via conductors is formed by patterning the metal foil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
