<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save wait time while loading and unloading vehicles at a parking facility having multistory parking. <P>SOLUTION: The parking facility comprises multistory parking 10 and 20, a vehicle wait area 30, and a vehicle transfer area 40. The multistory parking 10 and 20 contains parking spaces 11 and 21 on multiple floors, where a vehicle is, at the time of loading, transferred between loading and unloading areas 12 and 22 and the parking spaces 11 and 21. The vehicle wait area 30, provided on the same floor as the loading and unloading areas 12 and 22, includes plural wait spaces 31 and 32 to keep a vehicle waiting. The vehicle transfer area 40 is for transferring a vehicle between the discretionary wait spaces 31 and 32 and the loading and unloading areas 12 and 22. In the area 40, at the time of vehicle loading, a vehicle waiting in the loading wait space 31 is transferred to the loading and unloading areas 12 and 22.
