<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control device capable of changing a voltage range concerning set charge/discharge to extend charge capability and discharge capability, a battery control method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The battery control device comprises a storage unit 116 for storing an upper-limit voltage and a lower-limit voltage defining a first voltage range in which a battery is charged and discharged, and a second upper-limit voltage and a second lower-limit voltage defining a second voltage range wider than the first voltage range, and a charge/discharge management unit 124 for temporarily changing a setting of the battery such that the battery, being charged in the first voltage range, is charged and discharged in the second voltage range when permitted to be charged and discharged in the second voltage range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
