<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of an organic and inorganic composite material in which organic and inorganic composite material particles are stably dispersed in water, the organic and inorganic composite material particle having a clay mineral and a macromolecular polymer which form a three-dimensional network and having easily controllable composite structure and particle size, and having excellent coating film forming ability and adhesion to a substrate, and to provide a preparation method for preparing the aqueous solution in a short period of time over a wide range of a clay mineral content without using an initiator. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for preparing an organic and inorganic composite material fluid dispersion, (meth)acrylic monomers (A) and a water-swellable clay mineral (B) subjected to surface treatment by plasma are dissolved or uniformly dispersed into a water medium (C), thereafter, the monomers (A) are polymerized by heating or the irradiation with ultraviolet without using a polymerization initiator to form an organic and inorganic composite material dispersion (X). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
