<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a simple cutting process. <P>SOLUTION: The cutting device is configured to three-dimensionally change a relative positional relation between a tool and a workpiece and perform a cutting process to the workpiece by the tool. The cutting device includes: a first setting means to set a predetermined cutting process out of a plurality of predetermined cutting processes; a second setting means to perform a predetermined setting out of a plurality of predetermined shapes of cutting process areas; a third setting means to set a cutting process position of the shape of the cutting process area set by the second setting means; a fourth setting means to set a tool for use in the cutting process; a fifth setting means to set a material for the workpiece to be cut in the cutting process; a sixth setting means to calculate a cutting condition based on the setting by the first, fourth and fifth setting means; and a generation means to generate cutting data based on the setting by the first to sixth setting means.
