<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock bolt which enhances transmissibility of a tension of a bolt to a pressure receiver. <P>SOLUTION: A lock bolt 100 includes a bolt 10, a nut 20 attached to the bolt 10, and a pressure receiver 30 for receiving the nut 20 having an insertion hole 30a through which the bolt 10 is inserted. The pressure receiver 30 has a nut receptacle 32 which receives the nut 20. The nut receptacle 32 is provided with protrusions 34 which are in contact with the nut 20. The protrusions 34 have a dot or strip shape.
