<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel switchgear capable of quickly switching between opening and closing operation of a main valve for starting/stopping water supply and achieving downsizing while keeping a constant momentary flow rate of water supply. <P>SOLUTION: A flush valve CV as a channel switchgear has built-in constant flow means operated to keep a constant rate of main flow from an inner channel 20 at a primary side to an inner channel 30 at a secondary side. The constant flow means includes a constant flow valve 44 and a constant flow valve seat, and is operated to adjust a distance between the constant flow valve 44 and the constant flow valve seat.
