<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic member equipped with an edge to which it is not necessary to perform a cutting operation after molding of the edge and in which satisfactory product characteristics are maintained. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing an acoustic member 1 equipped with: a gasket 3 which is attached to an acoustic device frame F; and an edge 4 which is joined to the gasket and formed of a softer material than that of a material forming the gasket, in which molten resin is injected to the inside of a cavity of a molding die from a pin gate 46 opening in the direction of an axial line O of the acoustic member and turning to the joint surface 3a between the gasket and the edge in injection molding of the edge, thickness of a joint part 12 to be joined to the gasket in the axial line direction is formed as thicker than thicknesses of other parts (10, 11, 13) to be arranged inside the radial direction rather than the gasket, and a surface of the edge which continues inside the radial direction of the gasket, and is located on the front side of the opening direction of the pin gate is located on the same plane as that of the joint surface, or on the front side of the opening direction of the pin gate rather than the joint surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
