<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling tool achieving quick and easy assembling of a one-way clutch while maintaining a one-way clutch function. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch assembling tool includes an inner side base 11 in contact with the end surface of an inner member, and an outer side base 12 in contact with the end surface of an outer member. An intermediate body 100a holding a sprag 102 so as to be swingable on a ring member 101 via an elastic piece is inserted between the base 11 and the base 12. An extrusion inclined portion 11b and the leasing edge 11c of the extrusion inclined portion 11b formed by a step 11s are arranged above the peripheral-direction ridgeline part 12e of the extrusion inclined portion 12b, and protruded so as to overlap the inclined portion 12b, thereby pushing out the sprag 102 and then pushing back the sprag 102.
