<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain improved combustion efficiency of an internal combustion engine, regardless of heat and vibration generated by the combustion or lapse of time. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes an electric circuit in which two copper plates are attached to a coil, as antennas.
