<p>An integrated process for the control, centering and regulation of the camber of a metallic strip in process lines wherein the strip (14) is passed over a centering group comprising a mobile frame (21) carrying one or more rolls (19) and which operates a rotation (ß) with respect to a fixed supporting frame (20) effecting a shift of a branch of the outgoing strip with respect to a branch of the ingoing strip, wherein the rotation (ß) of the mobile frame (21) takes place around an axis (B) tilted with respect to the plane on which the ingoing branch of the strip lies, which creates a steering angle (?) of the axis of the roll with respect to the perpendicular to the axis of the line by a rotation of a tilt angle (a) of the frames with respect to the plane perpendicular to the ingoing branch, wherein sensors (15, 16, 17) are positioned on the strip (14) arranged along the line and connected to an electronic control board (13) which receives the data of the advancing strip (position and camber) and, on the basis of a control algorithm, used by the controller.</p> |
