The machine has four cylinders filled with liquid working medium i.e. oil. An actuator operates a fine-filter to filter contaminations in the working medium filled in the cylinders. The fine-filter is arranged in direction of flow of liquid working medium. A crankshaft is supported at storage devices (12, 26). Bearing caps (18a-18e, 30a-30e) are connected with an L-shaped bearing part (10). The bearing part is connected with a housing portion of the machine and a cylinder crankcase of the machine.
