PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of a flat board display device and method thereof are provided to reduce the damage of an implant mold by combing an adsorption pad with a vacuum pin. CONSTITUTION: A mold for an implant(12) is attached to a substrate(4) in order to from a thin film pattern(6) on the substrate. An adsorption pad(14) adsorbs the mold for the implant. Plural vacuum pins(15, 16) is combined with the adsorption pad in order to separate the substrate with the mold for the implant. Angles of the plural vacuum pins are able to be controlled. One or more vacuum pins are faced with the absorption pad.
