PURPOSE: A floating wind power generator with a pose control unit using the local aerodynamic change of a blade is provided to control the pose of a wind power generator by smooth driving using an auxiliary power supply unit even if short or failure occurs on the supply line of a main power supply unit. CONSTITUTION: A floating wind power generator with a pose control unit using the local aerodynamic change of a blade comprises a rudder(10), an actuator, a controller, a pose control unit, and a sensor. The rudder is located on the end of a blade(1). The rudder rotates to the upper and lower parts of the blade. The rudder changes some of aerodynamic surface of the blade. The actuator is located in the blade. The actuator moves the rudder. The controller changes the aerodynamic surface of the blade by the rudder. The controller controls the driving of the actuator.
