PURPOSE: A booklet cutting device is provided to reduce a failure rate in electronic passport manufacturing, thereby maximizing electronic passport manufacturing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A main body(110) is arranged as a block type single piece. The main body comprises a lower body(112), a plurality of posts(113), and an upper body(111). The lower body arranges a supplied booklet. A plurality of posts is arranged in a vertical direction from the ground surface of the lower body. The upper body is arranged in order to be able to reciprocate along the post. A cutting blade is arranged in a U shape and attached in the lower part of the upper body.
