ELECTRO OPTICAL TRACKING SYSTEM FOR RANGE CONTROL AUTO-SCANNING MARK IN THE BATTLE SYSTEM OF NAVAL VESSEL AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Electro optical tracking system and method for controlling shooting of a battleship system for automatically searching a target are provided to catch a target quickly and accurately by automatically changing line of sight at a certain time interval. CONSTITUTION: An electro optical tracking system(100) for controlling shooting of a battleship system for automatically searching a target comprises a body(110) and an EOTS control unit(120). The body comprises an optical unit(111). The EOTS control unit drives the body and changes line of sight of the optical unit to follow, search, and automatically track the target. The EOTS control unit creates moving pictures of line of sight changed and transmits it to the interlocking control device(200) of a battleship command node. For the target to be caught in the moving pictures, the EOTS control unit controls the body and automatically changes line of sight at a certain time interval.
