PURPOSE: An exterior wall insulating material fixing device is provided to prevent the separation of an insulating material from a wall in spite of long time use. CONSTITUTION: An exterior wall insulating material fixing device comprises a fixture body(108), a pressing base(109), and a pressure rim(110). The fixture body comprises a tie groove having an inlet(106) in a freeboard. The pressing base is integrally formed in the exterior of the fixture body and adheres closely to the exterior of the insulating material. The pressure rim is protruded from the inside of the pressing base, in order to securely press an insulating material.
