<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thin backlight capable of easily manufacturing it by a manufacturing method mainly consisting of drawing and bending processes. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a thin backlight 10 is provided with a manufacturing process of having a light guide plate 11 by cutting a resin plate and granting a diffusion function, a manufacturing process attaching an LED module 12 to an edge side of the light guide plate 11, a manufacturing process for manufacturing a light guide plate housing frame 17 of a concave shape with a back side open, a manufacturing process for mounting the light guide plate 11 into the light guide plate housing frame 17, a fifth manufacturing process for inserting the light guide plate housing frame 17 into a housing part 18a of a spacer frame 18, a manufacturing process for fixing an upper surface cover 16 for covering an upper surface of the light guide plate 11 to an upper side of the spacer frame 18, and a manufacturing process for fixing an under surface cover 19 to a lower side of the spacer frame 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
