<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device using a thin glass substrate having a thickness equal to or less than several tens of micrometers. <P>SOLUTION: In a display device using a thin glass substrate (a spin-on thin glass), a thin film transistor circuit (a TFT circuit layer) is formed on the thin glass substrate.
