<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal of a molding core from a mold cavity after molding. <P>SOLUTION: In the method including: placing a composite material 16 around a molding core arrangement including a first molding core 22 and a second molding core 25; setting the composite material 16 to form a wind turbine rotor blade 1,100 including a root part 3 and a shoulder part 4; and removing the first molding core 22 from the wind turbine rotor blade 1,100 through an opening 31 provided at the root part 3, the second molding core 25 is removed from the wind turbine rotor blade 1,100 through an opening 33 provided at the shoulder part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
