<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting method for reducing occurrence frequency of device stop due to a suction error and a recognition error of a component when the component is taken out and preventing deterioration of productivity. <P>SOLUTION: In a component state confirming process (ST2) performed after a component take-out process for taking out the component by a suction nozzle from a tape feeder, a carrier tape is sent by one pitch when a suction error and a recognition error are detected (ST4) and an imaging means images a component take-out position so as to confirm presence or absence of the component (ST5). When the presence of the component is confirmed, the component take-out position by the suction nozzle is corrected based on a position recognition result of the component (ST6). A component take-out operation is performed, and confirmation of presence or absence of the component is repetitively performed until presence of the component is confirmed at every pitch-feeding of the carrier tape when absence of the component is confirmed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
