<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having both excellent skin-beautifying-skin whitening effect and high biological safety, by keeping or improving a skin to a young-looking and sound state while displaying excellent prevention effect and improvement effect against the skin aging phenomena such as wrinkles, sagging, blotches and freckles, further by finding out a new skin beautifying-skin whitening component in a natural substance of less skin irritation and of excellent biological safety, and then by blending such component. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic uses an extract obtained from the bud of plant belonging to the Lilium of Liliaceae, and having an elastase activity inhibiting action, an antioxidant action, an protein saccharification inhibiting action and a tyrosinase activity inhibiting action as an effective component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
