<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse modulation circuit capable of modulating a high-frequency signal into a reduced-distortion pulse shape. <P>SOLUTION: A pulse modulation circuit 1A is a circuit for generating an intermittent high-frequency signal, and has: a differential circuit 20 including a pair of transistors Q3 and Q4; a differential circuit 10 connected in series with one transistor Q3 of the pair of transistors Q3 and Q4 and including another pair of transistors Q1 and Q2 that output a differential signal; and a differential circuit 40 including a pair of transistors Q7 and Q8 that receive the differential signal outputted from the differential circuit 10 to each gate. Complementary RF signals Srf1 and Srf2 are respectively inputted to the gates of the pair of transistors Q1 and Q2, and complementary pulse signals Sp1 and Sp2 are respectively inputted to the gates of the pair of transistors Q3 and Q4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
