<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer care aid used for raising a lying person 3 to be cared from a bed and transferring the person to a wheelchair from the position, the aid being configured to further reduce burden on a care worker 4. <P>SOLUTION: Burden on a care worker is reduced by using a belt 1 for a person to be cared, which is worn by the person, and a vest 2 worn by the person, in combination. The belt 1 includes hip support belts 12 and a waist belt 11 that has face fasteners 13 on both the inside and outside of each end thereof.
