A method for control of fermentation process in production of bioethanol comprises stabilization of temperature of biomass, pH of biomass, foam level over the biomass, pressure of excess gases over biomass. The concentrations of ethanol and sugars in biomass are determined, ratio thereof is calculated and at equal concentrations the process is interrupted by removing alcohol from the bioreactor. |
