The automatic toner charging device of a laser printer cartridge according to the present invention includes: a toner refill storage tank for storing refilled toners; an outer case incorporating the toner refill storage tank; and a control member for supplying the toner stored in the toner refill storage tank to an external cartridge. The outer case is formed of a body and a lid, wherein a base is formed at the lower portion of the outer case. The toner refill storage tank has an upper portion formed with a handle and a lower portion formed in a funnel shape so that the toner therein flows down so as to be collected in the center of the lower portion. A compressed air suction hole is formed at a side of the upper portion so that compressed air enters thereinto. A toner outlet is formed in the lower portion so that the toner is supplied to the outside. The control member includes: an air compression pump for blowing the compressed air; an air hose; a first hose for supplying the toner from the toner outlet to the external cartridge; a proximity sensor inserted and mounted in the external cartridge for sensing the lack of the amount of the toner so as to transmit a signal to a control section; and the control section for operating the air compression pump for a predetermined time according to the signal sensed by the proximity sensor.
