PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for the carbon dioxide refrigerant in which the heat exchange efficiency is maximized is provided to maximize the heat exchange efficiency with the water flowing the outside of a cooling pipe through a heat exchange fin by rapidly transferring the heat of the refrigerant flowing a cooling pipe to the surface of a cooling pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for the carbon dioxide refrigerant comprises a body, a first diaphragm member(40), a second diaphragm member(45), a plurality of coolant pipes(30), a first cover member(50) and a second cover member(55). The body comprises a water inlet hole(22) and a water outlet hole(24). The first diaphragm member and the second diaphragm member comprise a refrigerant passage hole. The coolant pipe is combined in the refrigerant passage hole. The first cover member comprises a refrigerant intake hole(52). The second cover member comprises a refrigerant discharge hole(57). The uniform distribution turbo nozzle(60) is arranged between the refrigerant intake hole and the first diaphragm member.
