<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a present time based on a standard time radio wave more quickly and securely. <P>SOLUTION: A prediction waveform data pattern generation unit 23 generates a plurality of prediction waveform data patterns which have a same time length as that of an input waveform data pattern, each of which represents a code string based on a base time BT and whose head positions are located at the base time BT and time displaced ahead or behind in predetermined seconds. An error detection unit 25 determines consistency/inconsistency of a sample value of an input waveform data pattern with a sample value of a prediction waveform data pattern, and calculates an error number indicating inconsistency. A consistency judgment unit 26 calculates deviation of the base time BT based on the head position of the prediction waveform data pattern indicating the minimum value of the error number. A CPU 11 determines number of prediction waveform data patterns based on timer accuracy and time difference between a previous processing time and a current processing time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
