<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of dynamic range which occurs when an offset correction processing is performed. <P>SOLUTION: A photographing condition measuring part 1024 measures a photographing condition for photographing an object image based on radiation transmitted through the object and calculates an addition value based on the photographing condition. An X-ray signal reading part 1021 generates image data containing the object image with radiation transmitted through the object. An offset correction part 1031 performs an offset correction on the image databy using the image data for corrections including dark current component, and perform an offset correction by using the addition value on the resulting image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
