<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device for appropriately monitoring a change of a processing state. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device includes a device control unit 120 for controlling a process relating to service, an information providing unit 121 for providing relevant information on the service, a monitoring unit 111 for receiving a request for monitoring relevant information from a PC 200 and monitoring the relevant information according to the received monitoring request, a storage unit 140 for storing the relevant information, an information acquiring unit 113 for acquiring the relevant information provided by the information providing unit 121, and a cache management unit 114 for comparing the acquired relevant information with the relevant information stored in the storage unit 140, determining the existence or non existence of the change of the relevant information, and storing the acquired relevant information in the storage unit 140.
