<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type cosmetic with which dramatic hue change is obtained without preventing a cosmetic from smooth stretching and spreading on skin while in use. <P>SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type cosmetic contains soft flocculation particles including carrageenan and/or xanthan gum and an inorganic coloring pigment in the inner aqueous phase, and imparts a cosmetic film having hue different from an appearance color of the cosmetic before application to the applied part by applying and rubbing the cosmetic to and into the skin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
