<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise components of a sound signal with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: A matrix decomposition unit 42 generates a base matrix Wi including a plurality of bases Ci[1]-Ci[K] and a coefficient matrix Hi including a plurality of weight series Ei[1]-Ei[K] with respect to a sound signal s1 and a sound signal s2 picked up in parallel through non-minus matrix factor decomposition of an observation matrix Vi comprising time series of component values xi[fm, tn] by frequencies of the sound signal si as elements. A noise specification unit 44 specifies the base C1[k] having high correlation with the base C2[k] of the base matrix W2 of the sound signal s2 among the plurality of bases Ci[1]-Ci[K] of the base matrix W1 of the sound signal s1 as a noise base C1_noise corresponding to a noise component (wind noise) of the sound signal s1. A coefficient column generation unit 46 generates a processing coefficient columns G1 in which coefficient values g1[fm, tn] by the frequencies are set so that noise component of the sound signal s1 is suppressed according to the respective bases C1[k] other than the noise base C1_noise of the base matrix W1 and the weight series E1[k] corresponding to each base C1[k] of the coefficient matrix H1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
