<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer medium having excellent heat transfer characteristics, corrosion resistance and adhesion strength, and to provide a method for manufacturing the heat transfer medium. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of applying a ceramic precursor solution for forming a compact layer 2 to a surface of a substrate 1; and a step of heating the precursor solution for forming the compact layer 2. Moreover, by using a formulated and prepared composition so that a substance 20 for forming an air hole is made to be 20-80 vol.%, a porous layer 3 is formed after the composition is applied to the compact layer 2, and the substance for forming the air hole is eliminated in the ceramic precursor composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
