<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for infiltration/drying type offset printing excellent in fluidity, on-machine stability, printing suitability, and temporal stability, and a printed matter using the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for infiltration/drying type offset printing containing a pigment, a binder resin, and a compound expressed by the following general formula (1) and a petroleum dispersant has a saturated hydrocarbon group and an unsaturated hydrocarbon group of specified double-coupling and a specified amount with respect to the total amount of (R1+R2+R3) in the compound expressed by the general formula (1). The general formula (1) is R1OCOCH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-CH(OCOR2)-CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>OCOR3.
