<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the amount of sludge including a hardening material while improving a wide range of soil. <P>SOLUTION: A soil improving device is placed in a guide hole GH which is formed in the soil in a vertical direction, and comprises a rod 8 which is able to turn in a circumferential direction along the axis and is able to be pulled in a vertical direction; a cutting nozzle 11 which is placed at a tip 8a of the rod 8 and injects a high-pressure water 14 as a cutting fluid; a mixed solution nozzle 13 which is placed on a lower side than the cutting nozzle 11 and injects a mixed solution 16 of a hardening material and a defoaming material; and a foaming material nozzle 12 which constitutes a double nozzle with the cutting nozzle 11 and injects a foaming material 15 around the high-pressure water 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
