PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate voice recognition with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: An input device 100 inputs voice from outside, and a data processing device 300 recognizes the voice by using a first language and a second language. The inputted voice is determined on the basis of each of the recognition results of using the first language and the second language. An output device 400 outputs the determined voice to the outside.
