<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonskid mat for a lightweight ornament which is spread in the bottoms of instruments such as a DVD player. <P>SOLUTION: On the top surface of a square-like base 1, which consists of a soft material such as sponge or urethane in which an adhesive agent 4 is formed on the under surface, a mounting stand 2, in which a small cube-like block body 3 consisting of a slightly hard material such as a plastic or rubber of a same shape is put side by side in the shape of a plane, is formed, and if this is spread in the bottoms of the legs of electric instruments, etc., the small cube-like block body 3 consisting of the slightly hard material presses the base, which consists of the soft material, by this weight and sinks a little.
