<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which uses a transistor circuit without an overvoltage protection circuit as an output circuit of an imaging element wherein the transistor is prevented from being destroyed even when an image signal line and a ground line are short-circuited. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus 1 comprises a body 2 having an image signal processing circuit 9 and an endoscope. The endoscope has an endoscope distal section that includes a PNP type transistor 11 having an emitter connected to a power source via a resistor 13, a grounded collector and a base to which an output signal from a CCD 5 to the image signal processing circuit 9 is inputted, or a P-channel field effect transistor having a source connected to the power source via the resistor 13, a grounded drain, and a gate to which an output signal from the CCD 5 to the image signal processing circuit 9 is inputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
