<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage bag holder that serves also as an indoor ornament. <P>SOLUTION: All of a plurality of supports (3) bent substantially in a crank shape are linked by a pair of upper and lower chains (1) (2), and inserted from above into a support receiving port (17) of a convergent assembly table (5) placed on the center part of a circular pan (4), to be thereby installed in a radially-symmetrical distribution from the pan (4). A plurality of garbage bags (M) in a bundle are inserted and set from above into an internal space enclosed by the plurality of supports (3). The opening edge thereof is entirely folded back to cover the upper end of the supports (3) or the upper chain (1). The garbage bags (M) are covered by a canopy (6) placed on the supports (3) from above.
