<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ripples of a charge/discharge inspection device. <P>SOLUTION: A DC/DC converter 8 is used for a charge/discharge inspection device for charging/discharging a secondary battery 1 to be inspected. A control device 20 cyclically controls N pieces of switching circuits 10 successively by a phase difference of 2 π/N. The control device 20 can switch a first mode for controlling the switching circuit 10 so as to make a detection value corresponding to a current passing through an inductor L1 match with a target value, and a second mode for controlling the switching circuit 10 so as to make a detection value corresponding to output voltage Vout generated at an output terminal P2 match with a target value. An integer N is defined to make a coil current passing through each inductor reach zero-crossing in a state that the terminal voltage Vbat of the secondary battery 1 comes close to target voltage V<SB POS="POST">FULL</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
