<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal tube injection material remover which can remove an injection material left over inside a metal tube so that the metal tube can be reused or recycled as resources. <P>SOLUTION: As operating procedures, first, the head 44H of a freely oscillating extrusion rod 44R fitted to the apex of a piston rod 42 of a hydraulic cylinder 40, is thrust fit into the metal tube 1, keeping the residual injection material 2, which is retained by a retention part 30 on a base 20. Further, the piston rod 42 is extended to extrude the injection material 2 inside the metal tube 1, and thus the removal of the injection material 2 is achieved. The oscillating operation of the extrusion rod 44R enables an extruding of the injection material 2 by inclining the extrusion rod 44R correspondingly with the bending of the metal tube 1, in spite of the bending of the metal tube 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
