<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device with a high space efficiency and a cooling efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling device cools a power element 10A and an electrical component 20A and comprises; a laminated cooling part 10 with a condenser 10B through which a coolant flows to cool the power element 10A; a first pipe 21 and a second pipe 22 which communicate with the condenser 10B and are provided to hold the electrical component 20A. A cross section of the first pipe 21 and the second pipe 22 are reduced, and each pipe includes a pipe cooling part 21A and 22A, respectively.
