A gateway data transmission method, device and system are provided in the present invention, which relate to the field of communication, and are invented for solving the problem of data congestion in a double mode gateway caused by possessing a great deal of resources of the double mode gateway in the current gateway data transmission technology. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes the following steps that: when service data from a cellular network side needs to be transmitted to a capillary vessel network device via the double mode gateway, it is judged that if the double mode gateway is congested; if the double mode gateway is congested at that time, a delay transmission message is transmitted to a data transmission main body at the cellular network side, wherein the delay transmission message includes reaccess time of service data, evaluated by the double mode gateway, so that the data transmission main body at the cellular network side delays to transmit the service data. The present invention can be applied in communication between all sorts of different networks. |
