A wire for grounding comprises a metal conductor and a shell. The metal conductor comprises at least one layer of semiconductor element twisted around the central conducting element. The shell is made of extruded transparent polymer, for example of co-polymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate. Every conductor element is preliminary twisted from copper annealed wire.
