The arrangement (16) has two props (18, 20) penetrating to a vehicle longitudinal direction (22) for bracing a motor vehicle body (10), where the props are diagonally arranged with each other. The props are secured in a region (48) of a main bottom (24). The props extend from respective side skirts (28, 30) to a central region (36) of the motor vehicle body. Ends of the respective side skirts are secured in the central region. A transverse strut (38) runs in a vehicle transverse direction (26). The transverse strut is secured at ends of the respective side skirts.
